Initial communication by phone giving clear instructions to send minimum details by text.
Response within minutes giving when they could attend and how much. Follow up call to accept meant that all that was required was another text to provide full address then wait.
I was impressed by the politeness and efficiency and accurate estimate of attendance time. While I hope I don’t have to rely on such a service again, I would like to sing their praises.
There are few things worse than seeing your car keys and house keys in your locked car on a cold rainy night.
